Candle Care
We have created our candles with great passion and joy, and we would love for you to savour their delights. Here are our essential tips to ensure you maximise and maintain your candle experience.

Before lighting your candle, trim the wick 1⁄4 inch to ensure your candle burns a little longer and safer.

The first burn is quite essential, allow the wax to melt all the way to the
edge of the vessel. This will prevent tunnelling.

Make sure that you keep all burning candles away from fans and open windows.

Do not leave a candle unattended.

Do not burn your candle longer than 4 hours. This is to prevent the wick from mushroom-ing which causes the wick to be unstable where the flame gets too large and causes it to soot.

Cancel or Amend Order
You can cancel or amend your order within 1 hour of purchase.
Return or Exchange
We want you to truly love your purchase, however, if you don’t, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. The product must be unused, unopened and in its original condition. Please keep your original proof of purchase and allow 10-14 days for the refund/exchange to be fully processed.
Missing / Wrong Item Received
If an item is missing from your order, it is quite likely that it is on its way to you, as packages can get separated by couriers. Please check your email confirmation for the order, to see whether or not the item is listed. If you are still uncertain, please contact our team and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you.
If the item received is wrong, please contact our team as soon as possible.
Damage Item / Faulty
We are sorry if the item received is damaged or faulty in anyway. We are happy to refund or exchange your item. Please contact us and we will resolve it as quickly as we can for you.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that delivery times may be delayed during holidays and festive periods.
